Terms of Service

By accessing and using Konetix's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Agreement"). This Agreement outlines your rights and responsibilities when using our IP address reputation scanning, blacklist monitoring, and network intelligence platform, available through our website and API (collectively, the "Platform").

Acceptance of Terms
By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

Description of Service
Konetix provides a SaaS platform and API enabling users to scan IPv4 addresses against DNS-based blacklists (DNSBLs), reputation databases, and threat intelligence feeds; monitor IP address reputation over time; receive automated alerts on listing events; and access historical scan data and reporting dashboards.

The Platform is intended for use by network administrators, email deliverability professionals, ISPs, hosting providers, security teams, and developers managing IP infrastructure.

User Registration and Account Integrity
To access the Platform, you must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@konetix.net if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscription Options
Konetix offers various subscription tiers, including monthly and annual plans, as well as usage-based API access. Plan details, scan volume limits, and associated fees are published on the Platform. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

API Usage and Fair Use
Access to the Platform's API is subject to the rate limits and query volumes specified in your subscription plan. You agree not to exceed these limits, circumvent rate limiting controls, resell or redistribute raw API responses as a competing data product, or use the API in any way that degrades service availability for other users. Sustained abuse of API limits may result in throttling, suspension, or termination of your account.

Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful network security, deliverability management, and IP reputation monitoring purposes. You may not use the Platform to:Facilitate unauthorized access to third-party systems or networks

Conduct reconnaissance or enumeration of IP ranges you do not own or have authorization to assess
Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract Platform data beyond your licensed API quota
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure
Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law

Konetix reserves the right to investigate and, where appropriate, terminate accounts engaged in prohibited conduct.

Refund Policy
Due to the real infrastructure costs associated with operating a high-availability blacklist scanning and monitoring service — including DNSBL query infrastructure, data processing, third-party reputation feed licensing, and alerting systems — subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

Payments covering unused periods of a current billing cycle, partial months, or services not utilized are not eligible for refunds. If you believe there has been a billing error or a material failure of the Platform to deliver core functionality, please contact support@konetix.net within 14 days and we will review your case. We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns through direct communication.

Scan Result Accuracy and Disclaimer
IP blacklist and reputation data is sourced from independent third-party DNSBL operators and threat intelligence providers. Konetix does not control the listing decisions, removal policies, or operational continuity of these third-party sources.Scan results reflect the state of queried blacklists at the time of the request and may not reflect real-time listing status across all providers. Results are provided for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for blocking, filtering, or other enforcement actions against any IP address or network. IPv4 Intelligence makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any scan result.

Content Ownership and Intellectual Property
All Platform software, interfaces, documentation, proprietary scan logic, and aggregated data products are owned by Konetix or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for your internal business purposes during your active subscription period. You may not reverse engineer, reproduce, or create derivative works from any portion of the Platform without our prior written consent.Scan results returned to you via the Platform or API are licensed for your internal use. Redistribution or resale of raw scan data as a standalone product is prohibited without a separate written data licensing agreement.

Limitations of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Konetix does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or that blacklist data from third-party providers will be accurate or complete.In no event shall IPv4 Intelligence be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of revenue, business, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by you to IPv4 Intelligence in the three (3) months preceding the claim.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Konetix and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, and partners from and against any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of this Agreement, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or any unauthorized or improper use of the API or scan data under your account.

Privacy Policy and Data Usage
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and available at [ipv4intelligence.com/privacy].

Termination and Account CancellationYou may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support@konetix.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-period refunds are issued.

Konetix reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately upon any material breach of this Agreement, including violations of the Acceptable Use Policy, non-payment, or conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in [Your City, State]. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or confidential information.

Changes to These Terms
Konetix reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Feedback and Suggestions
We welcome feedback, feature requests, and suggestions submitted via our support channels or at support@ipv4intelligence.com. By submitting feedback, you grant Konetix a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into the Platform at our discretion, without obligation of acknowledgment or compensation. You warrant that your feedback does not infringe any third-party rights.

Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Konetix with respect to the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The failure of either party to enforce any right under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

Acknowledgment of Terms
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE KONETIX PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.
